Great customer service, quick response times, and high-quality, delicious meats! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!!
We have been buying meat from Gilman Farm for years and we absoultely love the quality! The meat is always wonderful and you can truly taste the difference. We have always been so pleased with everything we have purchased. We love being able to support a local farm that takes pride in what they do.
Hollie & Victor are wonderful people and it's a pleasure to support their farm and their hard work. It's businesses like theirs that remind us how special it is to know where our food comes from and support the people who put their heart into what they do.
Our Story
Welcome to Gilman Farm
From Plow to Plate — Summerdale, Alabama
At Gilman Farm, we believe great food begins with the land, the animals, and the dedication of the people who raise them.
We are a family-owned and operated farm in Summerdale, Alabama, where we proudly raise and care for our beef cattle, pigs, pasture-raised chickens, and laying hens from start to finish, right here on our farm.
We take pride in knowing where our food comes from, how our animals are raised, and the care and hard work that go into every harvest. Our commitment is simple: raise quality animals, produce wholesome food, and provide families with fresh, locally raised products they can trust.
We invite you to follow along on social media, where we share daily life at Gilman Farm. From welcoming new animals and watching them grow to caring for our pastures and preparing each harvest, you’ll get to see the journey your food takes from our farm to your family’s table.
As our farm grows, so will our harvests and our ability to serve more families throughout our community. We are truly blessed to share the fruits of our labor with you.
Thank you for supporting our family farm and trusting us to help feed yours!
